I’ve been following you through social media and learning about nicotine. Decided to listen to your podcast and the harmful effects of alcohol just POPPED out at me. I’m 2 months sober and this podcast solidified my decision to quit. Just shared it with my family. Thank you so much for bringing truth.
Thank you for stepping up! I healed my MS diagnoses naturally and it’s my mission to keep spreading that word! Like you, I believe everything is in nature to heal us. 💕
Thank you Dr Ardis!!
Love the content of this podcast. 100% support and advocate for this content. HOWEVER, I almost have to resort to reading the transcript instead of listening because of the way Dr Ardis speaks. I don’t understand why it’s a theatre, super-animated, juvenile like delivery you choose Dr Ardis. I am thankful you do this work, but it’s very difficult to listen to an entire podcast/interview in the way you speak.
