Dr. McCullough I was very disappointed in the bias of this show. There are many “studies” out that identify the health benefits of a keto diet. There are more ways than one to skin a cat so to speak, it doesn’t mean any one way is wrong. My experience with keto is it greatly improves all my biomarkers ie: HgbA1C, lipids and triglycerides since I have issues with metabolic syndrome. It greatly controls my BP and my appetite. It is so true about fear based marketing with just about everything monkey pox is a great example at the time where I lived the commissioner in our city was a pharmaceutical representative and almost everyday for about a week I got calls from the city to get the vaccine they did the same with Covid.
