  • Unfair criticism

Your self-promotion is shameful, as is your criticism of everyone else. I’ve been listening since you started this but I just can’t take your self-aggrandizement any more.

  • Unfair criticism

Your statements about RFK, Jr., very early in this episode and later during the last segment interview were very unfair. Criticizing him for not doing what you would do if you were head of HHS is nuts. He’s a LAWYER with a lot of knowledge in this area. Congressmen are already criticizing the fact that he’s making changes without being a medical doctor. If he made the sweeping changes you’re advocating (and I agree those should happen and I would bet that RFK, Jr., agrees as well!) WITHOUT GO... more

  • political distractions

Peter, you are way off base. These are not distractions. It is imperative that there is accountability for the traitorous acts of these previous administrations. The same elite arrogance that perpetrated these past crimes are the same ones who forced COVID 19 on us and proved we are a fearful and compliant population. So yes, the poison jab has to be removed…and we want accountability for that too, but the criminal acts of previous administrations is not a distraction - justice is never a di... more

  • Fantastic medical information

Dr. McCullough’s inside information about the medical establishment and everything research related surrounding it is unequal. His personal research and the research of others is truly amazing. However, his knowledge of political events is abysmal and this is something he knows nothing about. He should stay in his own lane!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The digital Trap: How loneliness and screens are hijacking young minds
Q: What practical steps can listeners take to reduce loneliness and improve sleep and mental health in a screen-heavy world?
Prioritize outdoor, social, movement-based activities that engage both body and mind; reduce constant measurement and digital stimuli; incorporate group exercise or dance, and consider culturally grounded, community-based activities that foster real social interaction.
The digital Trap: How loneliness and screens are hijacking young minds
Q: How does the mind-body approach change our understanding of stress and anxiety compared to traditional brain-centric models?
The mind-body approach emphasizes embodiment and habituation; it argues that our body schemas and lived experiences shape how we process stress, not just brain chemistry or pharmacology, leading to strategies that integrate movement, environment, and social connection to regulate stress.
The digital Trap: How loneliness and screens are hijacking young minds
Q: What are the most important findings from your recent work with young people and movement-based interventions?
The studies consistently show that when participants engage in performative movement and group-based activities like aerial silks or line dancing, they experience significant improvements in mental health and physical well-being, and they become motivated to continue because the activities are enjoyable and socially engaging.
How functional medicine and faith are healing healthcare from the inside out
Q: Can functional nurses directly counsel patients on nutrition and labs without a doctor's orders, and how does this fit within nursing scope?
Yes, in many situations a nurse who is not a nurse practitioner can perform independent functions related to nutrition, labs, and education, as long as it aligns with their state scope of practice and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
How functional medicine and faith are healing healthcare from the inside out
Q: How many nurses are there in the workforce in the United States, and how many work part-time or PRN?
There are about 5 million nurses, with a sizable portion—roughly 20-30 percent—likely working part-time or PRN depending on setting and responsibilities.
