Just listened to Nick Cohen’s podcast with Youcha Mounk to discuss his book about woke ideology, The Identity Trap: A story of ideas and power in our time. Apart from the poor quality of sone of the audio, this was a brilliantly informative and insightful discussion. Mounk knows what he is talking - and has written - about. I’ve listened to more than six episodes so far and their content is excellent. On the technical side, it does suffer a little from Podcast Startup Syndrome but that’s normal. Often the interviewee’s audio is cleaner than Nick’s. He sounds off-mike and echoey. Might be time to invest in a better mike and some blankets to hang in front of reflective surfaces.
Informative and interesting interviews from a centre left perspective. Please lose the guitar riff tho Nick.
