  • D’Ancona Drivel

The most oppressed muddled thinking I have ever heard.

  • A PSA test is not definitive.

Matt Ancona paints a disappointing picture of himself. Dismissing compassion is desperately sad and he seems to lack any depth of feeling towards a very young person who was deeply misguided. Owning the problem is our responsibility.

  • Listened to the Paul Mason one three times now

And I’ll probably listen to it another two more times. So much in there that needs to be digested slowly.

Well worth a listen or two.

I find myself disagreeing with Mr d’Ancona a lot, especially on Isreal and sometimes wish Mr Kelly would hammer him harder for it, but a world without everyone’s opinions would be bad.

Sometimes the opinions are not left enough for me, but the intellectual and eloquent debating style of Matt d’A teaches me a lesson every single episode and I adore Matt K’s clear, to-the-point stand against unfairness... more

The Two Matts Q&A: Nigel Farage, Jim Ratcliffe and assorted other nasties
Q: What advice would you give Ed Davey to start punching his weight as a leader of the Lib Dems?
Ed Davey should be bold about rejoining the European Union and articulate a clear, progressive message.
The Two Matts Q&A: Nigel Farage, Jim Ratcliffe and assorted other nasties
Q: Is there any hope that the messaging around the elite class can cut through?
Yes, there is hope, but the first hurdle is convincing voters that figures like Nigel Farage are not truly representing them.
The Two Matts Q&A: Starmer coup, Sadiq for PM and too much Dracula?
Q: If Scandal son is being investigated and could face charges, why was Boris Johnson never charged or even investigated for misconduct in public office?
Johnson faced a fixed penalty notice and wasn't fully untouched by the law during his PM tenure, but many feel he got away with more serious allegations.
The Two Matts Q&A: Starmer coup, Sadiq for PM and too much Dracula?
Q: Why does no one ever seriously discuss the other great labor mayor as a potential prime minister other than Andy Burnham?
Sadiq Khan seems less divisive nationally, has a stronger electoral record, and doesn't carry Andy Burnham's long history of clashes with party leadership.
