  • Thought provoking

Very insightful and spoken from a heart that cares because it’s been in the same challenging place that lead us searching for wisdom. So many practical and positive lessons, new thought processes and perspectives to practice. I say that because I dropped the ball on some things and went back to a bad habit during a small discussion with my partner but used some other new skills too which were very that beneficial. Thank you Sharon.

Please educate yourself about neurodivergence before you speak about it on such a public forum. I found this episode highly offensive

  • Always very timely.

Timely and applicable to most all relationships. Mine is a long term relationship, not a marriage. I listen and feel very understood. Sharon breaks the isolation.
