  • Good exploration

VG exploration of the impact of this spurious advice. Also hated ‘eps’ but was able to ignore! After being involved in a keto diet 5 years ago, I watched the charismatic ‘coach’ turn from eating plans & empowering messages to full blown anti vax, encouraging people not to take pain relief etc, now full on ‘breaking news’ conspiracy posts - one to watch!

  • Thought provoking

Hard to follow at first but very interesting story. Comes across as quite biased but clearly tries to seek out all sides.

In the same way as an athlete looks after their body, perhaps media professionals such as Simon use this kind of foreshortening to avoid excessive wear on their mouthparts? More importantly, I enjoyed this podcast very much. Excellent work Simon. Well ... more

  • Not sure

Not sure what I have beeing listening to….

Intresting story, but what does the maker would like to tell/prove.

Could have been a bit shorter too, at least 2 or 3 episodes. Lot of repetition of story and audio files.
