It just feels like they are watching each episode because they were assigned to it. They don’t catch important facts, they make predictions that are completely out of left field, and don’t know anything about the canon. Like other reviewers have said, this is the only legacies podcast - so I try, but it is ROUGH.

It's so nice to find a reaction show that doesn't just nitpick and has hosts that are confident in being fans of a show. Hayley and Shiksha call out the show where it's lacking, but believe in the show too. In other words, they're actual fans. I only just started listening to this, but I'm going to go back and listen to the content for all the previous episodes too.

I just found this podcast after binging Legacies over the summer. Full disclosure I didn’t listen to the first season of the podcast, but Joshua and Haley kick off the second season discussions in the best way possible. Everything I wanted to hear other people’s opinions on was talked about and it blew me away. This is what I look for in a tv podcast!!

I’m sorry, but Alexus is terrible. She mispronounces so many things. She rushes through this after show and doesn’t seem invested at all in the show. These hosts don’t know anything about this universe and often recap things incorrectly or don’t catch certain things. Example: Alexus thought the writers forgot Klaus died in The Originals, when in actuality we all knew he was alive in that universe because of the wish. I miss Sam Davidson, Roxy Striar, Tiona Hobson, and Katie Campbell!

This is my first Afterbuzz podcast I've tried. I'll admit if given a choice I find a different feed, however I couldn't another Legacies podcast. At first I really enjoyed the show, I thought the co host were good and knew their stuff. I even liked that one of the host, like myself, hadn't seen the connected shows. As the weeks went on it seems like this podcast is more of a job than a passion. With the last epp covering two shows in 25 mins. I'm stuck listening until someone better comes along.... more

I didn’t watch The Vampire Diaries or The Originals but I love Legacies. If I could find another podcast to listen to I would. The hosts are clueless. Listening to them actually makes me angry. I enjoyed the 1st two host especially because one had not seen TVD or TO so the other would always stop to give background. But then about ep 4 or 5 came Alexa or Alexis. She is awful. She misquotes characters and misses obvious plot points. By ep 8 it was just her hosting and she recapped 2 1 hr ... more

I loved the The Vampire Diaries and the originals aftershows that afterbuzz did. It was the highlight of my day to listen to them. Hearing that Legacies was coming out, I was excited to see how afterbuzz was going to cover it. So far really enjoying the aftershow. One thing is that I wish the show was longer so I could have more of the host’s commentary and banter. Other than that, LOVE IT!!!!

The fact that one of the hosts hasn’t even watched TVD or The Originals, yet wants to speak about the spin off series baffles me. She’s missing so much of the overall experience and her opinion will mean literally nothing to me. As a hardcore fan of the shows, I don’t care to hear about what she thinks about seeing a werewolf transformation for the first time. I want to hear about things like the twins and how the loss of their mother Jo affects them. And she won’t even know who their mother is?... more
