As a Gen X cusper, I am loving your podcast. Just listened to episode 25 and here are my notes that no one asked for- I agree with A-ha and Men Without Hats but are you familiar with The Sun Always Shines on TV and Pop Goes the World? Both masterpieces.
Now, to call Soft Cell a no-hit-wonder hurts my teenage-self’s heart. I had every album and single. “Tears Run Rings”? Obsessed. “My Hand Over My Heart”? Swoon!
