I love the pod cast because comedy actually helps with my anxiety. I’m 18 and I have been dealing with anxiety for 4 years. Whenever I talk to my therapist she says that when I speak it comes out as comedy every session we have. I’m not sure if this is just me that does this, but I like use comedy when I feel nervous or anxious. Thank you so much for bringing light and positivity into this world.

One of my morning picks to put me in a happy mood ALL day! I don’t even have to wake my kids up for school they hear me laughing so loud over my morning coffee. My mom is Filipino and my dad was a petty chief officer in the navy from NE/CO area with 9 siblings and our uncles called us mutts all the time but as a factual loving way not knowing how racist that was til we were adults , so relating to “rice is rice” is real.
