    I have only just started listening to The Kindness Podcast and it has already inspired me to do acts of kindness for others. I was on the bus and I saw a man get a ticking off from the driver for something I smiled at him as he sat down but he was so affected he didn’t see it so I went over to him tapped him on the shoulder I handed him £5 and told him to buy himself a cup of coffee as he looked like he could do with one.     I was going through a hard time recently, and I realized I needed to change the media I consume. I needed more positive things in my life. So I went and subscribed to a couple of positive minded podcasts that could help me reframe my mind around positive thinking. So far, the Kindness Podcast is my favorite!
