    I highly recommend Shola’s kindness podcast! After listening, I feel more informed, empowered, and ready to apply what I just learned. One of the best parts for me and my attention span is the length of time runs between 20 to 30 minutes max. Also, Shola provides a recap at the end of the podcast.
