This is a much-needed podcast on an important topic with a diverse set of guests. Keltie is an overall engaging host and asks great questions. However, the personal nature of the podcast topic seems to result in the host taking up about a third of each episode sharing her own experiences (again), and I would gently like to ask that she give her guests a bit more airtime.
