I think we all appreciate the extremely real dangers this technology presents. But it seems like all I hear is the “if somebody builds it, we all die” vs the “AI is a nothing burger” perspectives. • You don’t need to be in legal to enjoy.

This is a great show with a very digestible format. You don’t need to be in law to get value from this show although it has an obvious legal slant. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, or have an interest in technology (apps, tablets, etc), give this show a shot.

Q: What is working best about the subscription model, and how do you see it evolving?
He discusses the flexibility of tiers, the market opportunity, and the need to customize delivery; emphasizes that there is no single right way to implement subscriptions and that the model scales by aligning pricing with value and outcomes, not hours.
Fresh Voices on Legal Tech with Mathew Kerbis
Q: Before we get started, can you tell our audiences a little bit more about you? What is subscription attorney and your role?
Mathew explains he adopted a subscription-based model as a response to the inefficiencies of hourly billing, launching Subscription Attorney LLC in 2022 with subscriptions starting at $20, plus add-ons for detailed work; he treats AI as a foundational tool to deliver faster, higher-value services.
What’s Happening in LegalTech Other than AI?
Q: Do prompt libraries really help, or should people build their own prompts from scratch?
The guests explain that prompt libraries are useful as inspiration and for ideation, but the best practice is to study the framework, then tailor and build your own prompts to fit your tools and needs.
Fresh Voices on Legal Tech with Nikki Shaver
