Thank you so much Linn and Jo for the inspirational podcast about paddleboarding. As a west coast resident myself this was especially relevant and informative. Feeling a little more confident about taking my own new paddle board out for some overnight adventuring! Thank you for all the tips and maybe see you out on the Clyde Linn!
Wow amazing inspiring ladies , thank you Jo for all the tips and having listened to my friend Hayley it’s been just incredible close to home . I am currently in hospital and listening to all podcasts while planning some SUP trips for my Ladies who Launch 🚀 Community in Kent ❤️Clare Rutter also so inspiring ! Women rock 💪
I was so excited when I heard Jo was doing a podcast! She is such a dose of joy and enthusiasm, so encouraging for new SUPpers(?) but also gives great advice and safety tips. This series has not disappointed! It’s introduced me to so many fascinating people, and even as someone who only SUPs sporadically, the conversations go way beyond the sport. Keep up the great work Jo - hopefully you’ll get to do some in-person recordings soon! x
I wish I’d found this sooner! After coming across the Instagram handle, I thought I’d give it a go! I don’t actually get the chance to listen to many podcasts but found myself sifting through these episodes wanting more! They were so inspiring and uplifting and the perfect accompaniment to redecorating jobs on my week off work (when it was too windy to go for a paddle😉). Paddleboarding has done so much for my mental health and it’s great to hear how much it helps others too💙.
Such an uplifting listen! Full of useful info as well as pure joy :)
Such a great podcast. Listened to the first four episodes back to back. Guests and Jo are so interesting and incredible, I love the support given to each other. I cannot wait to listen to the rest, I may be staying up late tonight!!!
I met the lovely host Jo Moseley last weekend in Wales and she told me about this podcast . It is now firmly one of my favourites. The podcast transports you to the wonderful, friendly, encouraging world of SUP full of adventure and possibility. Ever thought about going on an epic paddling challenge? Or getting into racing? Jo talks to the strong and inspiring women who tell us how they did it and what they learned.
A calming, interesting and enjoyable listen. Like so many have said previously, I learn and am inspired by each episode, listening to real life stories of talented and resourceful women. Jo, really does spread the Joy Of SUP.
I’ve really enjoyed listening to the wide variety of paddle board adventures. I have learnt so much and look forward to getting my own board very soon!!
These podcasts are so enjoyable, I always learn something and I’m always inspired.
I listened to 3 back to back and would’ve carried on if I didn’t have to cook for the kids! Damn kids!
Jo has a genuinely amazing talent and is able to make you feel like you’re part of the conversation. And when I say conversation, I mean it. This is way more than ‘just an interview’ - it’s an informal chat that opens up the world of the guest and gives you true insight into their paddle boarding world!
Loving Jo’s work and find here extremely inspiring!
Keep ‘em coming Jo!

Wow, another amazing episode by Jo and another super guest.
I just love the honest and open conversations discussing all things SUP and mental wellbeing.
When I’m not on the water I can get my SUP fix through the podcast.
Sending thanks and best wishes from Craig IG SUP_Shropshire. 🙏🏻
What an awesome listen; great to hear Anna’s journey and what SUP means to her. Wonderful enthusiasm and encouragement to just get on a board and feel the energy gliding across the water gives ♥️
Turned in to listen to my lovely friend Anna Little and I’m not ploughing through past episodes. What a great podcast. This is a great sport and it’s so nice to have so much encouragement. Thank you.
Thank you Jo for this fabulous conversation. I’m really enjoying listening to all your podcasts and “meeting” and hearing about inspiring SUP people.
