  • Excellent insight to the TCR and Josh’s incredible tale and efforts.

Telephone voice, Stefano and Josh, excellent way of telling the adventure, and to follow along with the race more so than just watching the dot.

  • Perfect podcast for long training rides!

If I‘m doing a long (3h+ ride) and not pushing to hard, I love to listen to stefano and his interesting podcast around the topic of cycling (and more). Listening to the conversation between stefano & his guest are interesting, easy to follow (as your eyes also have to be on the road) and funny.

The podcast offers great & well known people but also covers interesting topics where you can learn a few things! Thx Stefano - keep up the great work you‘re doing!

Josh Ibbett: Stories from the Transcontinental Race #BivyCamp
Q: How did your first TCR experience shape your approach to later races?
It taught me the importance of learning from mistakes, managing highs and lows, and simplifying gear and routing so I could focus on the race itself rather than getting bogged down in planning mistakes.
Silvan Dillier #ProCyclingPlus
Q: Can you tell us a bit about your pre-race routine?
I don't have a strict routine, but I always send three kiss emojis to my wife before leaving the bus, and I keep things simple between pinning numbers, dressing, and preparing mentally for the ride.
Neil Balfour #SuperCommuting
Q: How has cycling influenced your approach to nutrition, recovery, and peak performance for long rides?
Neil notes borrowing endurance cycling concepts, adjusting nutrition and sleep strategies, and integrating coaching to balance demanding performance schedules with long-distance rides like Manchester to London.
Neil Balfour #SuperCommuting
Q: What are the practical gear and kit essentials you rely on for everyday super commuting?
He details using Tailfin bags, a Mason SLR bike, bib shorts, clip-in shoes, a compact bike computer, and a lightweight, adaptable wardrobe designed for changing climates and quick changes between work and performance settings.
Jiří Dužár - Posedla #customizesaddles
Q: How does the custom saddle creation process work?
Jiri explained that after a customer orders, they send a kit for measuring, which allows them to create a custom saddle based on individual needs and preferences using 3D printing technology.
