    I just listened to my first episode and am relieved to have found this podcast. As a mid-career professional pivoting into a new industry, my job hunting journey in today’s market has been QUITE challenging. There’s so much information out there and Renata was able to help me feel less overwhelmed with her practical tips and I feel a little more grounded - less directionless after hearing just one episode!

  • Stuck In My Own Mind

    Working in tech is a challenge and even more so being freelance. Recently there were a few challenges and I didn’t know how to navigate my uncertainty and where to start. After listening to the “7 strategies to navigate career uncertainty” I feel I have the direction and questions I needed to ask myself to move over this mountain. Thanks for taking the time and creating this podcast as it helped me reframe my mindset for the better 🙏🏼

    A lot of the time is spent selling her tools and hyping up different episodes. I would prefer if more time was spent on actionable advice about the topic vs time spent selling me something. The AI podcast is a perfect example.

  • Everyone Needs Renata

    I am just starting to ramp up my job search and Renata is like a job hunting fairy god mother. Not only does she know all the tips and tricks of the practical and technical side of job hunting, she is also very wholistic, sees the whole person and has lots of advice on being kind to yourself and taking rest as part of the job hunting process. The podcast is always fascinating and often makes me laugh out loud and the other materials are incredibly helpful too. Highly highly recommend ❤️
