  • Why do you use the term ‘kick the tenant out’?

    I’m listening to the cashflow podcast and you used this term several times. It gives a poor impression - remember that tenants are a critical part of the partnership and relationship.

    It’s not a good look to use this term as it reinforces some of the prejudices of owner investors.
