  • Used to be good

I looked forward to the weekly rap and the news updates.

Since the format changed, this show has become horrendous to listen to. The show no longer flows. Sound quality is not good, topics are no longer interesting.

It almost like this podcast just started.

  • Too busy

I love the site so I looked up their pod cast. I could not get through more than 2 minutes. Poor sound quality, the host spent forever saying hello to all the different countries and making sounds effects and made boring jokes like we need to get a passport and that we were world wide. So much energy but like if he’s a top 40 dj. Then played a blow horn. Their theme sound was long and sounds like I old computer. Just so uneasy to listen to. Then he said he was going to start the show then kept o... more

  • Used to love more

I’ve looked forward to every podcast episode but now that they’re live at the stock exchange I find the constant ring/bell sound during the pod bothersome & sadly will no longer be listening. Love the informative emails they send out though.

I used to love this show but the last few episodes have had the most irritating sounds in the background that it’s become unlistenable.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

All-Time High Wire Act
Q: What are the three Rs of Robinhood Strategies and how do they apply today?
The three Rs are receivers (capex beneficiaries like hardware and defense-related suppliers), resources (energy and materials necessary for data centers and growth), and recoveries (opportunities in oversold software and retail segments) to navigate a post-tailwinds environment.
All-Time High Wire Act
Q: What drives the current retail investor behavior and how does Robinhood plan to guide them through the shifting landscape?
Retail investors are timing the market more tactically, buying dips via broad-based ETFs and later rotating toward single-name stocks as volatility eases; Robinhood Strategies offers structured guidance and digital advisory tools to ease transitions and manage tax considerations.
Apple Faces the AI Future
Q: What inning are we in terms of the AI build-out and how long could the AI-focused investments take to pay off?
Munster argues we're in the early innings of AI infrastructure and application growth, with substantial upside possible as AI becomes more embedded in devices and services, though timelines are uncertain and dependent on execution and market adoption.
The Rewiring of the Stock Market
Q: What do you mean by the idea of modern mercantilism and the rewiring of capital flows?
The term describes governments asserting more control over capital flows, reshaping trade dynamics, and directing investment to support national interests rather than purely free-market globalization, which has implications for who gets funding and how supply chains are managed.
Crude Outlook for the Future of Oil
Q: What is the best-case scenario for markets if the strait reopens?
If a deal is reached and the strait is reopened, production can come back online and markets can settle down, though it would still depend on broader geopolitical and policy developments.
