Ang seems to have a direct connection to my thoughts. Every podcast is on point with what I need to hear to live an intentional life. Her open and honest love for service comes through on each episode. It warms my heart that God is at the center of her life and business. It is the podcast that always gets listened too each week.
I want to start by saying that I never write reviews, but I have been so negatively impacted by my experience working with Ang, that I feel like I have no choice but to post this. I will gladly be the first person to say that this lady is the definition of a hypocrite. She thinks depression can be cured with exercise and doesn’t understand how difficult anxiety and loss make it to move forward in life. She does not actually want to help you. She just wants money. She has way too much going on an... more
Love this show! I just started following along and now Im back playing episodes. Love Ang’s honesty and openness about her faith without pushing her beliefs. Im a non religious woman and sometimes have a hard time listening to scriptures from the Bible but Ang delivers in such a way that I can resonate my own beliefs and understand the lesson being taught. So happy I found this podcast. Much love.

ONLY WE HELP OURSELVES. “God” isn’t real and can’t “DO” anything!

I start my day about 4:00 a.m. I get a few mindless household chores done while the coffee is brewing. I do a 20 to 30 minute exercise while listening to your podcast and it’s the perfect way to start the day. Throughout my exercises, I drift and process your words into my life. It’s so in... more
