This is the one true podcast that I will listen to any and every episode, including those that are simply Kelly or Kelly and Lauren together chatting. They are both inspiring in their own ways and every single episode leaves with a nugget of inspiration to live a more fulfilled/present life. For example, listening to a current episode and they discuss finding “newness” in the everyday. All you need to do is look up! You don’t need to buy new to feel novelty, noticing what’s around you can be jus... more
This podcast is absolutely fantastic! It’s the perfect blend of calming, cozy, and genuinely engaging. The two hosts have such a natural chemistry—it feels like you’re just hanging out with your friends while they chat about life in the most thoughtful, minimalist way.

I get a lot of value out of this podcast. Even though I’m Gen X, I have learned a lot about the many different types of clutter and practical ways to deal with it. I enjoy the energetic and sincere vibe of this pod. Keep up the good work!
I’m so glad I found this podcast! Since having kids I’ve been a bit overwhelmed with all the ‘stuff’ and find this podcast to be so aspirational and inspirational without judgment. Loved the banter between Lauren and Kelly but they’re also great on their own and I love that they let their guests speak and don’t cut them off like some other interviewers on other podcasts. My favourite podcast to listen to as I fall asleep!
I have been on a minimalist path for over a decade now but love learning from like-minded people wanting to explore living with less. This podcast has inspired me be more intentional and to continue to live in alignment with my values. Kelly is a fantastic interviewer and I love the variety of guests she brings on the show!
