I have listened to Kelly and Lauren for years now and just love the fun, chatty approach they take to talking about the sometimes serious topic of minimalist living. Whilst still covering the deeper issues that we need to address in order to live a more intentional life, the podcast is the perfect company and feels like you’re discovering the lifestyle through a friend! In a recent episode Kelly and Lauren agreed to describe each others’ apartment. Kelly described Lauren’s apartment then proceeded to describe her apartment. I was really looking forward to hearing Lauren describe Kelly’s apartment, but Kelly per usual over takes the conversation and silences Lauren. I just listened to the podcast about generational anxiety with Dr. Lauren Cook whom I am not familiar with. Time and time again I find many of these physiologists and speakers on anxiety miss the mark and this one was no different. I feel a huge part of millennial and gen z anxiety is a result of social media.
