It works - This podcast puts me to sleep within 10 minutes! 10/10
I have been listening to the insomnia Project for a few years and love to recommend. It’s entertaining enough to catch and keep my attention- but calm and inconsequential enough for me not to worry or get involved. Other sleep podcasts I’ve tried have been quite boring and my mind wanders. more
Eggnog in my coffee, eggnog in my frother, panettone French Toast - I’m definitely living like every week is shark week since I found this Podcast!
This podcast amuses me so much and I look forward to each episode. I can listen to the same episode many times and not get bored, because I always drift off. I want to make it to the end because I amused with how cleverly and easily they pivot from one dull topic to another. Sometimes I have to listen in the daytime just to observe how they do it and it always makes me laugh. It takes a lot of skill for two obviously intelligent and funny people to be earnestly dull for 26 minutes!
I don’t know why I took so long to write a review! I found The Insomnia Project at a particularly difficult time that included bouts of insomnia. Listening to Marco and Amanda was so soothing, like having someone else up with you in the middle of the night. Even if I sleep much better now, I look forward to the episodes and play them at bed time to relax and fall asleep. Their podcast helps my mimd be quiet so I can drift off. Come for the sleep aid, stay for their interesting conversations. H... more
