  • Help

I’m twelve, and I haven’t slept in almost three days. I’ve tried melatonin gummy’s (15 ml at one point) white noise, no screens, no noises, weighted blanket, but I can’t sleep and I’m scared I’m going to start hallucinating. I’ve been forgetting stuff, and I just brush it off as my adhd but pls if anyone has any tips I need it before I go insane. This isn’t a joke, I have slept about 5 hours in the last three days. If I don’t get sleep soon I will be driven insane and I’m scared pls help

  • This works for me.

Like Pavlov’s dog, I hear the low beats that start this podcast and I start to drift off. I enjoy listening to the program, but it can take me weeks to hear it all. This podcast reminds me of them. Little stories, gentle humor, and their interactions keep me on track to let go of everyday issues. I app... more

  • Delightfully soothing

I know the content is intended to be mundane but I often find it fascinating and I learn new things (e.g., about Toronto or other places that the hosts have traveled to). I even joyfully laugh out loud at times. Marco and Amanda (and Nidhi before - miss you!) are charming and have very soothing voices. Sometimes I do drift off to sleep and then I often go back and listen to the episode again because I don’t want to miss anything. But even if I don’t fall asleep listening, I find it very relaxing... more
