  • Fix a few things

I like that’s she’s doing this sleep series but it’s very hard to find the numbered episodes when she doesn’t number them anywhere to find? So how would I find episode 3 when we are on episode 143? Help please.

Also, if you really want help- try Martin Reed, the Insomnia Coach. Martha just gave me anxiety and had me convinced I needed to do a bunch of expensive tests but Martin assures you that you can get sleep again and helps retrain the brain.

  • Very informative but maybe try new music at the end

As an insomniac, I enjoy listening when I can’t sleep. Very informative and gives me confidence and a sense of peace that I can overcome insomnia. I load many episodes in my queue in hopes that I’ll eventually fall asleep, which I do. However, I am awaken every time by the music at the end of each episode which doesn’t fit the tone at all. Everything else has been great and I enjoy listening otherwise!
