As an insomniac, I enjoy listening when I can’t sleep. Very informative and gives me confidence and a sense of peace that I can overcome insomnia. I load many episodes in my queue in hopes that I’ll eventually fall asleep, which I do. However, I am awaken every time by the music at the end of each episode which doesn’t fit the tone at all. Everything else has been great and I enjoy listening otherwise!

I find myself nodding along to the entire episode because I feel so seen and understood. I’ve looked up how to cure my insomnia so many times but all the advice is generic at this point.
