My only complaint is there’s not enough episodes. I wish it was weekly thank you guys so much for saving my relationship.
It’s the way they explain the practice of yoga. I own both books, and as a person who once looked at people who spoke like this as “crazy”.. I can’t express the gratitude for all their studies and how they speak on inner work. I am so thankful I can patronize for them.
I’m not sure if it was this podcast or instigated brought me to you guys first but I’m so glad I found you. I started listening to your podcast a few years into my spiritual journey and all the things you guys share feel so resonant, deep, and expansive. I’m a 3/6 Emo Manifestor and constantly feel Mat’s initiating qualities and the beautiful way that Ash mirrors that back. I work as a Clinical Therapist so I was elated that you guys were writing The Inner Work of Relationships and I can’t tell ... more
I started the podcast episodes after finishing the book. I went in with the same hope as the book but was really let down. They are CONSTANTLY talking over each other or interrupting what they are saying. I have a really hard time following what is being said because there is 2 things going on at the same time.
I’ve been learning so much about myself and the reasons why I react to situations the way that I do. The Inner Work book is extremely helpful on it own, but the way Mat & Ash combined the work book with the podcast and yoga sessions on YouTube is brilliant! I highly recommend this work! Thank you both for your love and insight. ❤️💫🙏😘
