An incredible podcast that offers insights and nuanced perspectives from a healing lense on all important areas of life: relationships, finances, trauma. I find myself checking each week to see if a new episode has been released! Also I really enjoy the yin/yang dynamic that comes from Matt & Ash hosting this podcast together. Thank you for what you both bring!
This podcast and the book has truly changed my life by giving me perspective on so many toxic traits I have as well as what I’ve witnessed from people in my life, and parents in my childhood. Thank you for your offerings and this work you do.
I have been following Matt and Ash for years and I love this podcast so much. Matt and Ash are everything I desire from a leader and mentor; honesty, raw vulnerability, and compassion. They are wise and you can feel the heart and effort out into this sacred space. I’m eternally grateful, and highly recommend to all despite your beliefs.
I’m am so thankful I found you guys, your on my to do list the next ten days just listened to your first 4 pods and I’m going to continue to listen to 4 a day for the next ten days. You’ve given me hope that things can change!
I’m so glad I found the yoga couple. They are teachers that my husband and I both enjoy listening to and they don’t seem far out of reach, like other spiritual teachers do. They interact on their Facebook and instagram, which really resonates with me. I love that they want to actually help others. They put topics, that many struggle with, in ways that feel relatable and give hope that we can also overcome the struggles. I just literally love them.
