  • The midlife podcast everyone will be talking about

The iconic midlife isn’t just another podcast telling women to embrace aging and call it a day. It’s smarter than that. Sharper. More honest. It feels like sitting down with your best friend who actually sees you who understands the complexity of this phase of life without trying to sugarcoat it or shrink into cliches. The convos are bold and intelligent. It’s a rare mix of substance and edge. And the host? Effortlessly engaging. She knows how to pull out the real story from her guests. Trust me... more

  • Finally!

I love this podcast because it does a deep dive into all things that women experience in midlife but we don’t really talk enough about. Roxy Manning does it with honesty and humor. It feels real and fresh. She has great guests and it feels like we are eavesdropping on a conversation we didn’t know we needed. Very relatable especially if you’re in this stage of life….

How Rachael Blumberg Chiprut Built PlateFit—and Reinvented Herself Along the Way
Q: So what was like when you were coming up with the concept and everything, what was your original vision for PlateFit?
Her original vision began after she encountered a vibrational plate in a gym, quit her corporate-style life, and committed to building a studio around the machine. She wanted a space where athletes and newcomers could access vibration-based training, and she pursued it with intense dedication, even facing others who doubted her.
Celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Marc Mani on Facelifts, Beauty, and the New Rules of Aging in Hollywood
Q: What has changed in the last 10 years in facial plastic surgery?
Deep plane techniques and endoscopic methods have become more popular, reducing visible scarring and offering more natural results, while doctors are moving away from heavy fillers toward surgical approaches when appropriate.
The Science of Aging—and Why Most Doctors Get It Wrong | Dr. Amy Killen on Hormones, Peptides & Sex at Midlife
Q: Are hormones always necessary for midlife health, and who should consider hormone therapy?
Hormones are a piece of the puzzle and can be important for many women, but not everyone; decisions should be individualized, with consideration of risks, benefits, and alternatives when breast cancer risk or other factors are present.
The Science of Aging—and Why Most Doctors Get It Wrong | Dr. Amy Killen on Hormones, Peptides & Sex at Midlife
Q: What are the four pillars of sexual health discussed for midlife women?
Mind (brain and relationships), blood flow (cardiovascular health to the sexual organs), hormones (optimization where appropriate), and pelvic floor/structural health (anatomical readiness).
The Science of Aging—and Why Most Doctors Get It Wrong | Dr. Amy Killen on Hormones, Peptides & Sex at Midlife
Q: What is regenerative medicine and how does it differ from traditional approaches to aging and women's health?
Regenerative medicine uses the body's own biology to repair and renew tissue, employing tools like PRP, stem cells, exosomes, and light-based therapies to wake up the body's healing processes rather than just treating symptoms.
