- Great passion, limited knowledge
I've listened to most of the Hop Heads podcasts. As a fellow craft beer geek, I really enjoy that these guys are turning their passion into a local podcast. Nonetheless, I find their knowledge of the industry limited and research and attention to detail lacking. I'll keep listening from time to time and hope they hit their groove. But for now, I can't subscribe when there better options.
PS - I'm not sure why you'd play the BA Independent logo and The High End videos if you're going to talk ... more

I’ve enjoyed this podcast for the conversation and knowledge nuggets about growing hops and brewing. Normally I’m not a fan of idle chit chat on a podcast episode as I have limited time to digest the content. These guys make me laugh though so it’s worth the wait. I can’t listen with my kids in the car since it’s typically adult conversation but it’s perfect for my drive to and from work. I’d much rather think about beer than my workday. Thanks Hop Heads for the fun!

These two Hop Heads are the perfect pairing. If it involves beer, these guys cover it. If they don't cover it, it's not worth knowing. Jake and Matt are out-of-the-closet Hop headed nerds who look to share their smarts with those hop heads still in denial.
