Mario is very informative and has a lot of great advice. What makes his podcast so unique, is truly his honesty; he doesn't hold anything back, and you can tell he honestly cares about the success of his listeners. He's the only agent I've heard talk about the importance of physical showings, and the danger of not having one. You can learn a lot from Mario, real estate and life as well.
