  • Grateful For This Podcast

Dr. Thema gives the disclaimer that the podcast shouldn’t replace actual therapy but this podcast has helped me more in the past 2 years than the therapists I’ve seen. It’s the intentional connection of mind, body, and spirit that has helped me. Also her respect and acknowledgment of everyone’s journey makes the messages easy to receive. Thank you Dr. Thema for your gift🖤
