The host's interview with James Flaherty on 'The Hoffman Podcast' was truly heart-opening. The discussion on the innate goodness of the human heart and the transformative power of the Hoffman Process was deeply inspiring. A must-listen for anyone interested in personal growth and healing!
Listening to Liz Severin share her Hoffman experience as a student and later as a Hoffman teacher reenforced my profound graditude for landing in her small group during my own Hoffman Process last Fall. Liz was an insightful coach; at once -wise, encouraging, yet challenging me to dig deeper. I learned so much from the experience and as Liz discusses here, the work continues well beyond the week long retreat. It was a game changer. Looking forward to learning even more from Liz on the podcast.

Everyone gets something different out of the process and their stories help deepen my appreciation for the vulnerability and courage the process takes.
The title of all your shows are the names of the people you talk to. When someone is coming to your podcast to see what it is all about, we don’t know these people, and seeing their name doesn’t make us want to necessarily listen to your show. If you were to instead title your show with what your listener will learn, I bet the listener rate will go up. And therefore, more people will be familiar with who you are talking to :)

Across recent episodes, the show centers on personal growth, healing, and transformative practices drawn from the Hoffman Process, with guests sharing intimate journeys through trauma, grief, relationships, leadership, creativity, and spirituality. Conversations frequently weave site-wide Hoffman initiatives (retreat centers, land and community work) with individual stories of resilience, purpose-driven work, and cross-disciplinary creativity (art, design, podcasting, teaching).
