  • Are you kidding me?

The fact that you guys even debated who is the greatest penguin Mario or Sydney is a joke! Talk about recency bias. You lost credibility just even having this discussion. “ I sort of lean towards Lemieux“ Get real! I genuinely question if they subconsciously have an anti-French, anti-Quebec bias!

  • Volume Levels Need Worm

I’ve been listening to this podcast for three or four years now and it just keeps getting worse. Rapidfire is horrible and stupid. The sound quality has not improved over many years. You never know when it’s coming out and when it does, it’s often outdated. It’s actually embarrassing that the most prestigious NHL publication in the world put something out that is this poor.

  • Stoner hockey podcast?

These guys sound liked they are buddies who smoked up and say whatever thing comes to mind. Dude. So many statements framed with: I suppose, I guess, kind of, etc. a bit lacking for guys who have studied professional journalism.

I'm going to say that three of the four are.
Predicting The NHL’s Major Award Winners At The Quarter Mark
Q: What do you think about Jamie Benn and his ability to reach 1000 points this season?
I feel he probably needs one more season to do it; it seems like a tall order for him.
Predicting The NHL’s Major Award Winners At The Quarter Mark
Q: Do you see a Stanley Cup winner coming out of that bunch?
Yes, Colorado would obviously be the favorite right now.
How Alex Ovechkin Transformed The Washington Capitals
Q: Nate, I'm curious, you know, in talking about Ovechkin and Crosby and how different they were personality wise, but how amazing they both were on the ice and what they meant in those early years after the lockout?
Most of the evolution took place after I left in 2011, but there was an arc where at first year they got along fine but the competition made them rivals before friendship evolved.
Are The Toronto Maple Leafs Still A Cup Favorite?
Q: What are the chances of the Toronto Maple Leafs being a Stanley Cup favorite?
The odds suggest that while they are not among the top teams currently, there is still hope for them to improve as the season progresses, particularly if goaltending issues are resolved.
