I’m so glad this podcast exists for our industry. It’s exactly what busy HOA managers need—smart topics, practical takeaways, and something you can listen to on the go. Grateful to have a resource that finally speaks our language! Thanks Mike & Kara!
These shows are awesome!
The HOA industry has been desperately needing something like this for a long time. A ton of people live in HOA’s, and something like 35% of all new construction in CA and other states is in an HOA. Providing professional insights from the pros in the industry (management, board members, organizations, and business partners) is incredibly helpful!
This is such a great idea and format. I am looking forward to inserting this into my podcast rotation. Mike and Kara do an amazing job! Keep up the good work!
