A while ago, I received a listener request to do an episode about dealing with people staying at your house--houseguests. Here it is!
When I started this podcast, my #1 dream guest was Susan Cain. So, I'm very happy to bring this episode to you today.

I spend about half of each episode laughing at just how accurately they describe my experiences moving through the world and interacting with people. It’s reassuring that there are many HSPs out there and a nice reminder to find humor in everything. If we can learn to laugh at ourselves, we can learn to relax a little bit more. Thank you for producing this podcast.
This podcast is so reassuring. I don’t feel as alone when I turn it on. Grateful❤️
I’ve heard of HSP for a good few years but was distracted by agonising over the mental health and other health diagnoses I’ve received over the years - generalised anxiety, depression, BPD, hormonal issues… I am in my mid 30s now and have been grappling with these issues for so long. Ditched medication and realising I need to accept that I’m highly strung and sensitive and that is OKAY. Love this podcast. Short episodes that make me feel normal.
I’ve been really lonely and short and I’ve got not a lot of peeps who wanna help me and I’ve been alone not caught up on growths my girlfriends😭😭 Suggestions?
I only realized I am a HSP at the age of 43, so thank you for these wonderful episodes. You are helping so many people!
