    In the latest episode, three points were repeated which represent a questionably one-sided exploration of the perspicuity of scripture.

    1. Scripture is both clear and complex.

    2. Both the simple-minded and scholarly can understand scripture: because the Bible says this is true.

    3. Your own sin is why the Bible is unclear to you.
