  • Great ideas for meals and to reduce overwhelm for meal planning

I am really enjoying this podcast and find the meal ideas creative but doable as a working mom. I appreciate learning ways to plan and prep. I wish she was still making new episodes as I am going to be bummed when I have listened to them all.

This podcast helped me create an efficient shopping list every week so I cut my time in the store, helped me lose postpartum weight because I cook all meals at home now, and mealprep all my weekday meals! I’ll kiss you Kris. You’ve been the friend in my ear as you inspired me to cook and eat healthy. Can’t wait to join the healthy cooking club.

  • Wonderful ideas & positive mindset

Oh, I love the podcast so much! And I applaud your decision to live more in the present and real world with your family.

I go through seasons where I listen more, and busy seasons I listen less. Now two kids have graduated, I have only two left so I have more time & energy for nutrition & wonderful flavorful recipes. I plan to listen to all the past 2 years & take notes!

I have one idea- do a yearly podcast episode to just let us know about the cooking club & Patreon. I’ve deleted Instagram so... more

  • A favorite podcast!

I love listening to Kris’s podcast! It’s always amazing to me how many ideas and inspiration I get from her. I have her balanced bowls E-book and LOVE it. It’s one of my favorite cookbooks and I just listened to the smoothie podcast and purchased her smoothie E-book. Love her healthy approach and how easy it really can be to prep and provide healthy meals. Thank you for helping me save money and time!
