Kate Galli is a terrific podcast host, and one of the things that sets her apart is her conscientious preparation for her shows. She obviously prepares carefully for every guest and this give a deep and clear quality to her interviews. She’s also an avid and knowledgable vegan and shines a bright light on the current issues - highly recommended!
Kate has such a lovely presence, thoughtful questions and a calm relaxing voice (she should record meditations!) She approaches heavy topics with compassion and grace, and I always enjoy listening.
