    I’ve been intrigued by the Ayurvedic perspective for a few years now, but it seemed too complex and overwhelming to fully embrace and shift into being raised and steeped daily in Western culture. Dr. Avanti Kumar Singh has created one of the best podcasts about Ayurveda and wellness available to us today.     I absolutely love this podcast! I only recently discovered it, and not often do I start from the beginning, but I chose to with this one. I am so glad I did!
