The Crandall interview was excellent! Brought back memories of the 90’s in Colombia when Xtrata and Glencore entered the coal market with such (perceived) reckless abandon! And kudos to Mr. Crandall for his candor and willingness to share intimate details of the Marc Rich origin story. Nicely done Paul!
I have listened to the podcast for a bit over a year now and really enjoy it. I do not work in the sector but it’s so interesting to learn about the different markets and the efficiency of the commodity markets, everything is connected. Really enjoy the show and will definitely continue to be an avid listener.
I always learn something from this podcast, from Oil and Gas, to Ice to coffee, to the Roman Empire!! Paul has deep insights and even better questions. Commodities make the world go round, and everything is more connected than you think.
