Loving the podcast! Just recently discovered grip/armlifting in August of '25 and competed in King Kong in October and the Arnold Armlifting open a few weeks ago. Just started my gym/fitness journey January'25 after not stepping in a gym for 23 years. I'm hooked on grip and armlifting and I appreciate the podcast so much! I'm about 1/2 through all the podcasts!
