I heard this quote in a Jim Rohn audiobook this morning and it hit me pretty hard:
"An ounce of discipline weighs less than a ton of regret."
On one hand, I write a list of tasks to accomplish and I knock them out. I do this seven days a week. Bu... more
I've seen a lot of weird supernatural shit since I was a little kid. This is a departure from the normal stuff we talk about here, but I wanted to document it and figured some people might like hearing these stories.
I have a little ritual in the morning. After I walk my dog while carrying a kettlebell, I make a cup of coffee and read while drinking it. A lot of times, my dog interrupts the reading session. She's still hyped up from the walk and gets excited when... more
In the War of Art by Steven Pressfield, he talks about how we feel the strongest resistance when the task is the most meaningful to our soul's evolution. This shows up as different things like procrastination, fear, doubt, and excuses. This can be bo... more
We all can find ourselves in a rut from time to time, lacking motivation and having difficulty getting things done. When this happens to me, I try to remember the best way to find motivation is to make progress.

I saw a quote today that felt like it would be helpful for people. It said, "don't take criticism from someone you wouldn't ask for advice". In recent years, criticism doesn't really bother me, but when I first got serious about posting content aroun... more
I saw this video the other day. It was a race car driver saying "I'm just gonna put my foot on the floor and I'm not lifting until I see god or the checkered flag". It got me thinking about this kind of all in mentality that can be really difficult t... more
A couple months ago, I woke up with this crazy feeling and thought 'I'm running out of time!'. I must have had some crazy dream or something. The thoughts were about running out of time to accomplish my goals and things of that nature.

Always great topics. Super relatable. Keep em coming and thank you for taking time to do these
I was expecting a show with just two guys talking about their favorite kinds of paint, but the insight and wisdom made it a lot better. 10/10
I just like buses graffiti
It started with an IG ad for a mop. I bought it and was super happy. Never unsubscribed from the mailing list because I liked the nuggets of wisdom. Finally checked out the podcast and it was like an expanded version of the wisdom nuggets in the email list. Super stoked on it!
Never was into graffiti, just thought that cover looks interesting, but fortunately not only the cover art is interesting but topics as well, it’s not about graffiti more like self improvement podcast,so if u think to give it a try, u definitely should do it!
I’ve learned so much.
So many strong feelings.
At this point, the podcast is a meditation on self-improvement that leans on stoic philosophy as narrated by an incredibly anxious sounding man who loves his dogs, girlfriend, and business. Not necessarily in that order.
Such a great podcast as far as graffiti but I also love the way they shine light on mental health. Lost a lot of people to suicide and other mental health type issues that I love seeing people discuss such things. A lot of these episodes also helped with my early painting progress so shoutout for that as well. RIP KUB, stay up.🖤💨
Graffiti culture explained to the average guy. So much great info on this show. Thanks Mike!
The name is deceiving… no tales of adventure and vandalism, even the “beef” episode is meh… if you have an interest in hearing an artist talk about their views and philosophies this is more for you.
