    Great podcast and great conversations!

The variety of conversations is what makes this podcast my go to just now. Dane (The host) has a very relaxed way of interviewing his guests and every episode I have listened to has been very informative and open, almost as if I was on the call.

The variety of guests also makes each of the podcasts a different conversation l to listen into and a different L and D opportunity, looking forward to the next episode.

  • Thought provoking questions.

My conversation with Dane was one of the most valuable I’ve had as a podcast guest. He asks questions that allow the guest to look at their work and ideas from a different point of view. It made for a much more interesting and valuable conversation for me and I think that translates in a better listening experience for the audience.
