This has been so inspiring hearing this podcast! My midwife had mentioned The Village podcast and once I finished that one I couldn’t stop there! This podcast is a gold mine of knowledge! I’m pregnant with my second baby ( first one is 7 months) so pretty close back to back and my hormones and metabolism have been all over the place! Love the work yall do and feel so blessed to have crossed paths with it!
This is my favorite podcast of all time. I found it just when I was beginning my metabolic health journey and moving away from low sugar low fat. I have never felt so nutritionally satisfied and enjoyed every episode that helped me on my journey.
