Really enjoy how thought provoking their conversations are. As a business leader, it’s super easy to get into the weeds and overlook some of the bigger overarching topics we need to think about and this podcast helps me recenter on what’s really important. Great voices too!
Steve and Lee do an excellent job of explaining, sharing and framing the issues modern leaders and founders face.
They offer actionable solutions from their own ,and their clients experiences. All shared in an authentic and relatable way, mixed with a dash of fun British humor!
I look forward to their show and can’t wait to learn more about how I can elevate my leadership and better support my team!
Lots of coaches haven’t even lived what they are teaching. These guys have for most of their lives. High level thinking that we all should be listening too.

Lee has a great way of framing up challenges to make the solutions come into focus. “A well stated problem is a problem half solved.” Great pod!
A show that is clearly committed to supporting those that tend to go unsupported. Content that is truthful, applicable, and necessary where you are in your company or leadership journey!
