Fantastic episode, key message being periods should not be painful. I only wish that Dr Hazel Wallace was around when I was younger, she is doing such valuable work in relation to women’s health. Thank you!
I’m so disappointed in Hazel’s trajectory, especially when she released an episode about how she met her boyfriend. Grow up. If she was a little bit smart about this she’d realise that the “influencer” is on the way out. You’ve sold yourself for sponsorship deals and it’s really disappointing.
I recently found Dr. Hazel’s podcast and it’s my new favorite ❤️. As a clinical nutritionist, I always learn new things that help me apply it in my practice and help my clients.
Dr. Hazel is a wealth of knowledge. She breaks down complex topics so they are easy to understand. I highly recommend it.
