70.We Reacted to 7 Mobile Business Ideas. Here's What We'd Actually Start (July Q+A)
Q: What are your tips and tricks on closing the sale for mobile catering services?

25. Event Biz Q&A: From Pricing to Scaling, We Answer it All
Q: When should I hire a second in command, and how do I know I can afford them?

Build a clear org chart, determine which departments you'll delegate, and ensure you have the cash flow to support a higher payroll with gradual raises as performance justifies it.
25. Event Biz Q&A: From Pricing to Scaling, We Answer it All
Q: How do you juggle transitioning from a side hustle to catering being the main source of income while working another full-time job?
Start by calculating your minimum living expenses and confirming if you can cover them for a few months with a buffer. Increase lead generation and leverage the extra time to focus on marketing, while gradually ramping up events. Consider keeping a secondary, non-W2 income during the transition for stability, and think about bringing in a second barista or partner gradually to share responsibilities.
