i genuinely feel like i struck gold with this podcast. as someone who's been stuck in the skinny fat phase, learning, making mistakes, tweaking and trying again, this podcast has helped me simplify and understand so much about my fitness and nutrition journey. if im not seeing the results i want soon, i will hire laura as a coach. so much of what she talks about resonates with me.
Laura does an amazing job at breaking down and distilling how to take care of your body and feel your best. So many golden nuggets of wisdom in each episode
Just listened to your “should I cut, bulk or re comp”. So enlightening and coming from a disordered eating mindset etc it helps so so much ☺️.
I DMed Laura about wanting to have a better understanding on how to accomplish my fitness goal, and she responded almost immediately! She directed me to her podcast and the information said in her podcast has been the most useful information I have gained on my fitness journey. They are very easy to understand and each are filled with incredible knowledge!
