    These podcasts made a big change in my mindset about weight loss, breaking my pattern of constant dieting. Laura explains all aspects mentally and physically regarding a journey to a body where you feel comfortable in, without starving yourself all the time. Really recommend it, everybody should listen to her!

    It is easy for me to say that I genuinely couldn’t do it without Laura’s help and the fit and free podcast. These podcasts are a safe place for those who feel they are alone when suffering from eating troubles and poor body image. Laura uses her personal experience and knowledge to target specific ideas over these topics, and omg does she cover them well.
