I’m desperately looking for a podcast a YouTube video a book on tape on finding or learning how to put more peace into your life. This was not a good start. He’s talking to someone who has very low self-esteem doesn’t like himself as a procrastinator, but he just keeps going on and on and on asking him questions about himself and it just gets so depressing. I can’t stand it and I’m looking to find peace. Maybe he was trying to help this person find peace but it’s just like going to a psychiatris... more
This podcast is so amazing and I have met Troy and he is an amazing dude
The content of the conversation with Daniel was very intimate and intense. The music in the background was inappropriately placed during the session. It isn’t needed and indeed it interfered with the the process of self exploration that as a listener I was trying to engage with.

Only discovering and acting in truth can we expand our capacity to experience the full range of feelings we are capable of. The Finding Peace podcast helps to expand on the principles of the Finding Peace Workbook. Worth listen... more

The show focuses on trauma-informed approaches to building inner peace through practical neuroscience-informed tools. Episodes guide listeners through breathing practices, grounding techniques, and step-by-step frameworks to regulate the nervous system, name and process emotions, and stay connected under stress. A common throughline is reframing peace as capacity and safety rather than a timeless calm, with concrete exercises like 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, pendulation, and containment woven into personal storytelling and clinical insights. A standout is the consistent emphasis on compassion, personal safety, and community support as essential parts of healing, making it useful for anyone seeking sustainable resilience and better relationships.
