This used to be one of my go-to podcasts. Being in the heritage industry, it was partly a busman’s holiday but it helped me plan my UK trip and also encouraged me to join English Heritage even though I live overseas. This is a really important way to encourage membership and engagement and it did that brilliantly. Now for months, it’s just been old content constantly with a notice that they are ‘still working behind the scenes’. Really disappointing from EH.
Used to enjoy this podcast, have listened to the majority of the podcasts now and used to look forward to the new one each week. Was considering becoming a member but the number of repeats has not only put me off the podcast but also becoming a member because I am not convinced my subscription would be managed well if the recent management of this podcast is any guide to the organisation’s management.
