This is the second review I've left for this podcast. I love Jay. I love to listen to him on other podcasts and on his own podcast. Mike is OK. I cannot understand why they need a third person. It's almost as if it's somehow comic relief. They used to have a third male who had a weird laugh and now they have a woman who has this absolute ridiculous laugh. She is so useless on the show other than being an air traffic controller. I'm not sure what she thinks is funny. It's like she laughs at the c... more
I was originally quite skeptical, however after giving the show a real chance I have to say I haven’t heard a stronger or more comprehensive perspective on human health. superb.
I love this podcast. I have to admit that applying the theory is harder than following a ‘diet’ but the in-depth explanations are truly appreciated. It is particularly useful the debunking of popular nutritional dogmas. Thanks!!!!
Most helpful podcast about nutrition that I've ever found. Can't thank you guys enough!
My go-to nutrition/health/wellness podcast. Jay and Mike (and Danny who’s occasionally on) balance each other out perfectly in explaining complex physiological processes and sifting through the research; making it all easier to understand. I look forward to the new episode (or 2) every week. Appreciate all the time and energy you guys put into learning and spreading this information!
