I have learned so much and deepened my understanding of these complex health topics. They also lay things out so simply, it makes it easy to implement these steps in your own life. I have listened to many episodes (I recommend starting from ep 1 to learn the basics of prometabolic eating). It’s so informative and educational. Do yourself a favour and stop scrolling through all the misinformation out there on MSM, and listen to this instead!
Incredibly informative podcast that gives a refreshing point of view. Highlights mitochondrial function as the key factor in why the keto craze doesn’t work for everyone. The oxalate series was mind blowing and makes other oxalate conversations laughable. New listener!
Being in the health and wellness field myself I know how overly saturated the field can be and how confusing all the information is. With Jay, Mike and Theresa you get legitimate, well researched and experienced and informative, understanding and communication to carry forward in health. So grateful for what they all share.
This is the second review I've left for this podcast. I love Jay. I love to listen to him on other podcasts and on his own podcast. Mike is OK. I cannot understand why they need a third person. It's almost as if it's somehow comic relief. They used to have a third male who had a weird laugh and now they have a woman who has this absolute ridiculous laugh.
