  • Encouragement for Working Women

I am not a small business owner, but I am a busy working mother and wife with a demanding job in healthcare. I had found all these roles challenging to balance, as the world of working a full time job and taking care of a home didn’t seem possible. I have adopted so many tidbits to help me find order and balance. I feel less stressed and more appreciative of the roles in life God has given me because of the podcast and episodes. I highly recommend the podcast to any women trying to find balance ... more

  • Practical & helpful

Bekah said, ‘Does your brain feel like it’s running a marathon before 9 AM?’ and I had to laugh—because I was literally on a walk after squeezing in Bible study, breakfast, school drop-off, hair braiding, and a work block. And yes… my brain had run a marathon.

But truly—what stood out was how powerful pre-deciding is. That line about protecting your energy and joy hit me. I’m already putting some of your tips into action this week.
