The idea of changing your core believes to make long-lasting improvements is great. I appreciate the science the producer uses behind the ideas. However, after listening to 10+ episodes, the material gets repetitive and not many new ideas get introduced.
This is one of the best practical advice to everyday people who have been through emotional abuse.
Allison gives genuine and honest advice and insight to healing from trauma and abuse. She uses her knowledge and personal experiences to create a realistic approach to healing and growth. She is personable, rebatable and her caring nature shines through her podcast.
I always love listening to this podcast because Allison is so down to earth, relatable and positive. She is always letting you know that you can make changes to be a better you and change your life!
