Hi. extremely rare I write reviews but I wanted to put out there that the ‘My Sound Mind’ library she offers stopped a spiral for me. I’ve invested quite a bit n sound therapy already & was only trying out of desperation & was so pleasantly surprised I had to take the time to share
This podcast has a way of getting you to start reframing your thinking about being in an unhealthy or abusive relationship. Allison uses the concept of "subconscious reprogramming" to begin to shift patterns and it is powerful! She also has a really kind way of letting you know you aren't to blame, no matter where you happen to be in the course of the relationship (still in, freshly out, out for a while). Her podcast is a lifeline of reassurance, encouragement and support.
Understanding the unusual signs of emotional abuse validated me feeling the way I did during an almost 30 year friendship where abused occurred. I didn’t have words at the time. But now Allison has given me those words to describe it and helped me realized I made the best decision to get out of that friendship. ❤️❤️❤️
Very helpful. Makes me feel less crazy and more understood. Thank you so much!
Thanks for such informative content, Allison is very knowledgeable, highly recommend this podcast!

This show centers on healing from emotional and narcissistic abuse through practical psychology, subconscious reprogramming, and real-world coaching. Episodes mix host-led guidance with expert guests and survivor stories, offering frameworks to rewire beliefs, regulate the nervous system, and build healthier intimate and family dynamics. Listeners typically tune in for actionable strategies, book recommendations, and coaching programs designed to move from pain and confusion toward empowerment, clarity, and safer relationships. A standout is the author-host's emphasis on bridging trauma recovery with daily-life tools—making recovery feel actionable rather than abstract.
