Very helpful. Makes me feel less crazy and more understood. Thank you so much!
Thanks for such informative content, Allison is very knowledgeable, highly recommend this podcast!
I was so thankful I came across this podcast today! Everything she explained in “Why you should be angry” was everything I was feeling and going through last night, lots of triggers and unanswered anger. I had all the feels and taking it out on my daughter when deep down I know it’s not her, it’s having to co-parent with her dad. It’s so hard to explain to others who have never experienced emotional abuse! Thank you Allison for being authentic and putting yourself out there to help others!
Allison has been so helpful and encouraging in my healing! Her books are phenomenal and this podcast has allowed me to start healing and fully embracing my patterns and break them for good all while feeling great about myself again! It has been a long road and I wish I had Allison 20 years ago! I am so grateful and thankful to have found Allison and love listening to her share her advice to help others
Allison speaks from experience that until I experience it myself, no one could understand. She truly is tapping into a unknown type of abuse that most people think is unbelievable. Experiencing my own journey with Allison‘s podcast by my side has allowed me to see things from a different perspective and turn my situation intosomething that I can help others with. I now strive to always grow and learn, but my next step is to help others grow and learn from there experiences with emotional abuse. ... more
