I subscribe because I value and want to support the human talent force at the Economist. It is off putting and eerie to have ai narration insidiously creeping in. This is exactly what I do not want to support.

Come on, you've got the recording studio and the talent - subscribers at least should get a human version. I love the content but I drift off because I can tell it's not a human reading it.

If he can’t do it they check our president. Don’t let your bias cloud your duty to reporting facts. I fear you have and am cancelling in 2026.
